Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful.

Reception staff was helpful. Our room was big and they had into account our room preferences. The worst was the poor bar service: no attention with wrong orders and removing unfinished drink bottles without asking for permission. Latin music was mediocre. And so it was food, few choices, industrial pastries for breakfast, weak coffee, etc.

We stayed in Winter, so the area was very quiet. The hotel itself is clean, great food and convenient. It is a fairly modern building and the dining areas was a big sterile. When we visited, most guests seemed to be German speaking.

What an amazing hotel. Stayed here for Easter week and couldn’t have been happier. It was conveniently located within a one minute walk to beach. Beautiful renovated rooms. To make things better the food Buffett was amazing!!

After two failed holidays last year this was such a welcome improvement . The food was very good, the entertainment was very good, the rooms were very good but most of all the friendliness of the staff everywhere was the best ive experienced, special mention to Babe entertainments guy who was absolutely brilliant , also bar staff always friendly and helpful and fast service. Hotel very clean and such an upgrade on recent 4 star holidays, would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.
