「旧市街に入ってすぐ、駅やバスターミナルまでのんびり歩いて10分と立地は文句なし。ホテル周辺も静かでのんびり過ごせました。 部屋もちょうどいい広さで綺麗でした。」

「ホテルの環境や部屋の広さ、質問や依頼への対応などスタッフの方々の対応は申し分ありません。しかし、入室以前の部屋の設備や備品の状況チェックが不十分、エアコンやリモコンの調子、電灯切れ、椅子の不具合などがあり忍耐を要しました。5泊目から部屋移動を経験し、連泊のデメリットを感じています。」

「We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

「Nice resort very close to Vilnius. The lake around the resort makes this a special place. We did really enjoy the Spa and the lake. unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and it felt a bit like not all activities were available. it was a midweek stay in July, so that might have something to do with it. However, it also meant that there was ample space at the lake.」
