「The room is very clean, and the staff are very polite. The bathroom lacks a bath mat, so the floor gets very wet after showering. It would be better if there were a bath mat in the bathroom.」

「The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.」

「The location was great and convenient. Feel safe when return to apartment late at night (Security guard at the main road and by the main entrance by the lift). Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). Stove and bathroom light was broken.」

「Bed not comfy. Pillow too high. Big Bedroom on 3rd flr, one section (nearer the entrance bed) can't feel the aircon draft and warm even with fan. Staff service is superb. Very assuring and attentive. Very nice villa and awesome view of sea.」
