"I have nothing but good things to say about this place— first, my room was spotless. Second, the staff was amazing Miss Jasett, Miss Bernice, Miss Marva… and I am sure I am missing a few but they treated me like family. The staff that helped with my bags, came to turn down my bed or simply gave me extra water… loved them all! The driver that took me to the airport - Lancelot, he is so funny- we had the best ride down the mountain. And of course, the views… who doesn’t know about the views?! Stunning! But the staff are the hidden gems. I will be back."

"I liked the location of the property that it's close to Knucksford Blvd, hence to public transportation, Emancipation park and the commercial area. I noticed that parking is available on site to people who rented vehicles. I also liked the trees at the locale, and having a balcony which I used regularly. The facility was clean; cleaned daily by the staff. I love that the bed sheets and linen smell like fresh laundry. The mattress was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious, with local menu: the staff was engaging and pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"The property was nice and the majority of the staff were very professional and polite. We did run into a problem with the drain in the shower not draining. When we brought this matter to the attention of housekeeping they didn't seem like they were interested in solving the problem quickly. After a few conversations and the drain not being able to be adequately cleared we were transferred to a new room. We escalated the issue to management and Ms. Edwards made it right. She was grateful for our concerns and issues and certainly made us feel like valued clients. We would definitely return to the Pegasus in New Kingston. Overall the hotel is safe, professional and great with clients."

"95 % of the staff is very nice…helpful supportive and friendly ..some of the rooms furniture could be a little more modern…l main issue is mosquito and some ants need more attention…Their food is excellent..overall it’s very relaxing there …its affordable for my pocket , its comfortable and l feel very safe…"

"I stayed for only one night because I had an appointment at the US Embassy, which was about a 10-minute walk away, if that much. The property is close to a busy street, but I found it very convenient for my trip. The property was clean, and the first thing I noticed when entering the room was how great it smelled. There is hot water, and I really appreciated the kitchenette and amenities that were provided. There were a few minor issues. The doors are not completely sealed, so insects can get in. The fridge was not plugged in, and it took a little effort to set it up, but since we were only staying one night, it was not a major inconvenience. The rooms are also not soundproof, as I could hear conversations from the room next door and even a phone vibrating. The staff was very polite and courteous. Parking is available, although the spaces are a bit tight. There is security at the gate, so I had no concerns about the safety of my rental car. Overall, I would give this property 4 stars, and I would stay there again."
