「The infrastructure is amazing indeed 😍, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful. Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff. But at the spa it didn’t go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. 「My wife and I stayed at Mara Explorer for 6 nights in September 2023. This was our third Safari in Kenya. The Mara Explorer is the most magical and enchanting location for a safari I could ever imagine. Everything was impeccable - the amazingly friendly and professional staff, wonderful hospitality, service, and beautiful food. 「キャンプなので、部屋のセキュリティ等は悪ですが、テントの中はとても綺麗で快適でした。サファリはいいガイドさん(ラファエル)に出会い、ライオンやチーターなど見たい動物は全部見ることができました。あと、毎晩バーでマサイ族のおじさんが動物の勉強会みたいなことをやってくれて、それもすごくいいです。 多分もっと綺麗で星の高いホテルは他にあると思いますが、お手頃でサファリが充実してる感じでした。」
