「かなり山の中にあるので、行く道が少し不安になりましたがホテルに到着すると内装が素敵でテンションが上がります。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で、色々説明してくださりとても感じが良いです。夕食は電車のカートの中で食べれるコースメニューを予約していただきましたが、駅員の格好をしたスタッフが食堂車で食べているような演出をしてくれてとても楽しいのでおすすめです。周りな何もなくホテルを楽しむかたちですが、色々なアクティビティが用意されているので十分楽しめます。」

「“I recently stayed here, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. When I first looked it up, I saw some older reviews that were negative, but those were from years ago when the building wasn’t finished. Now, it’s a beautifully built place—spotlessly clean, no bugs (which can be an issue in Ella), with a comfortable bed, spacious room, and a pristine bathroom. Everything was just perfect. 「We were very pleased with our 2-day stay. Despite the older facilities, the service level was excellent. We had the pleasure of Thushanthan helping us with both directions, tips and service — and he spoke our language as well! Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend in Ella. 「The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. 」

「Wunderschöne Unterkunft, ideal für eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten. Das Staff war super lieb und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld via WhatsApp hat sehr gut funktioniert. Besonderes Highlight ist der Blick von der großen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt in Ella. Wir sind mit unseren TukTuks ca 40 Minuten nach Ella gefahren. Sofern man keine eigenes Fahrzeug hat, sollte man beachten, dass PickMe frühzeitig zu bestellen. 」

「we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.」

「2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！ まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。 朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。 また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました！」

「Best view in the whole city. we stayed in room no. 8 and i am sure we had the best room. the host is very welcoming and made the best breakfast. the walk to the city was easy and quick. there is no parking and the water pressure is low, but we can definitely recommend staying here. don't hesitate, the place gets 10/10❤️」
