「Es la 3 vez que nos quedamos y esta vez nos dieron el peor cuarto, estaba sucio, aparte la ubicación donde nos enviaron había mucha gente fumando marihuana y el olor era insoportable 」

「Es la 3 vez q me quedo con mi pareja, el hotel es excelente pero esta vez nos entregaron el baño sucio y aparte el día que nos íbamos, yo bajé a la piscina y mi pareja se quedó en el cuarto y le abrieron la puerta el personal de limpieza a las 9 de la mañana sin ser la hora del check out y aparte el estaba semi desnudo, me pareció una falta de respeto horrible y de lo comunique a la chica de recepción」

「Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel.」

「Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We had one issue with the toilet but as soon as we let them know, they brought someone up immediately and it was fixed. This will be a place. We will definitely stay again especially because it’s near everything that you would possibly want to go to」

「We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and nice. The place looked clean and tidy. I would say there were two minor issues; there isn’t enough parking by the chalets but you can park by the office which is few feet away. The second issue is the hot water wasn’t enough. I would definitely recommend it and would book there again for sure. 」

「If you'd like a quiet, clean, friendly place with a retro vibe, this place is exactly what you need. My daughter wanted to avoid the water parks so we chose this place and I'm so glad we did. They were so helpful and nice. Our room was big and had exactly what we needed. The retro vibe started with the retro hotel key chain and continued on in the room. It was a very clean, nice stay. I'd recommend it to anyone if they dont want to be in the water park hotels. It was located in the downtown area...
