「Really cute and clean」

「We stay here every time we go to Galena always clean, everyone is friendly and breakfast is really good. Last few times we went the lounge wasn’t open not sure why」

「Comfortable beds, good food, clean and quiet. Beautiful views!!」

「The room was very nice and clean. Within walking distance to historic downtown Galena. The hotel was quiet and had a great ambiance. The breakfast was very good. Had an excellent variety of creamers, jams, and condiments.」

「It was a little dated, but the owners were very friendly and the room was perfect and clean. We would stay there again any time as the price was great.」

「This place shouldn’t be an option on your site. Barely any staff. Brown water comes out of tub faucet before it clears. Dirty drain stoppers lying out of drain across the drain. Shower head loose from wall. Poor water pressure. Patio door doesn’t lock, so a contraption to put in the door to keep it locked. The screen door falls off the track. Weeds all over parking lot. Ice machine broken. Only one desk chair. Big empty space where a bigger chair should be. We think we should get a refund! I’m...

「one of my favorite locations ever. everything was amazing」

「Only thing was that we believed the carriage house had 1 room turned out it had at least 3 rooms with guest. They could pay more attention to details. Holes in wall and ceiling of bathroom needed to be addressed before renting out.」

「Great location nearby the biking trail and Grant Park. Sauna was nice but not listed as an amenity.」

「Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was horrible, don't waste your time.」

「Property was great for our getaway. Loved sitting on deck looking at the beautiful view. Nice to be able to use clubhouse and all their amenities. Pool was fantastic.」

「Great place to stay! Under new management and great!」
