「No wardrobe space in hotel room」

「A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice. Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious. Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building. Overall, very satisfied.」

「The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size.」

The free food and Soft drinks in the fridge was a nice touch and was...

「Exactly as anyone would hope a hotel or guest house would be with friendly staff, clean & well furnished / equipped rooms & a great breakfast.」

「The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.」

「The rooms are clean, the staff are fantastic and their breakfast is wonderful.」

「Great property and location. Loads of parking but I did find the gravel a bit challenging with a big motorcycle. Plan to stay again.」

「excellent stay. Overall reasonable value. Need your own car to get around」

「Hotel is in a very central location with a bus stop right outside and train within walking distance. The staff and other locals we met were very welcoming and the food that we sampled during our stay was of a high standard. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Having the transport options close by enabled us to visit the various places we wanted to go to.」
