Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. "What an amazing place and host! It was certainly the highlight of my week-long trip to Sri Lanka. Getting to see the beautiful area surrounding the plantation was an outstanding experience. The opportunities to see the local environment, splash in the pools of waterfalls, and get a personal tour of the tea factory, were incredible experiences that we will never forget. "Honestly a very disappointing hotel. Online it looks lovely but the reality of metal construction without insulation means a boiling hot room that the AC can’t counteract and from others walking. The restaurant was comparable to Faulty Towers!
