「久しぶりに宿泊しましたが、部屋は広くて良いのですが、シャワー室が古くて、やや汚れていました。朝食も種類が少なく、他のラディソンに比べると見劣りします。」

「Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.」
