「Beautiful home and location. Quiet, excellent place to get away for a weekend. Our only complaint is that there was no hot water for two of the three days we were there. We notified the owner the first night of our stay, and rather than just believing us when we told them there was no hot water and sending someone as soon as they could, they asked us to continuously keep checking to see if it was working and seemed to think the problem must be us rather than an issue with their water heater....

The only recommendation would be to list further details on the sleeping arrangements noting that the top bunk beds weight limit is for 150 pounds.
