"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights as we wanted close links to macau ferry. We found the bed extremely hard and didnt sleep well the firdt night. Recrpgion arranged for a topper pad to be delivered to our room which did help. We paid for the buffet breakfast which was very reasoable and we found the selection good for us."

"Spent a wonderful 5 days with my family (two kids aged 5 and 8) and my mum who is 72. We got two interconnected rooms which were comfortable and clean. We had lovely views of Kowloon too. The staff were super helpful. The concierge team helped us book a table at a restaurant. They even helped us locate my son’s lost backpack left in a taxi. Breakfast buffet was next level. A lot of options to choose from and not crowded. Will stay there again!"
