"Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response."

"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."
