「very good stay. come back Again」

「標高1800M山の頂上のスキーリゾート施設｡ リゾートの入口にパーキングが隣接されていて、ホテルまでは徒歩、又は有料シャトルで向かう｡ インフォメーションで手配、自分は9ユーロ請求されました｡ ホテルの前までは乗り入れ禁止だが車をパーキングに停めて荷物カートもあり徒歩で5分くらい｡ パーキングは一泊6ユーロだった｡ ホテルは新しくは無いが、山小屋風の立派な8階建｡フルサイズのバスタブ、冷蔵庫、キッチン道具、バルコニーからの景色も申し分無し｡ 」

「Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel...

「設備は古く、メインの部屋のヒーターは壊れていた。私達の泊まった部屋は受付のある棟とは別で不便だった。駐車場へのアクセスは良いが、逆にセンターエリアへのアクセスはやや難あり。トイレットペーパーは１つしか無く、5泊には不十分。」

Une troisième nuit est venue complétée le séjour A moment du paiement, après accord sur la tarification, une nouvelle base a été validée... Depuis 3 mois nous attendons la régularisation de notre cas SANS SUCCES c'est tout simplement insupportable IL N'A AUCUN REGLEMENT A CE JOUR 」

「Hotel is great. Check in was easy, even late at night after a delà at the airport. Room was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and storage. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and varied. Property itself is clean, modern, big, well built and could see the outside areas, pool and playground would be great in summer. Some Parking onsite too. Would recommend. 」

「This hotel was exemplary from all standpoints. Beautiful little room decorated in the style of Savoie culture. Amazing breakfast with wonderfully fresh options. We signed up for daily dinner and the chef prepared delicious daily 3 course meals. The hotel owners are a delightful family and the employees are genuinely kind and considerate. We are skiers. The hotel was very close to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Morzine is an adorable village! 」

「The room was clean and spacious, and comfortable. The staff was responsive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We used the pool jacuzzi and sauna after a lot of exploring and they were wonderful. 」

「Room was lovely and reception staff very helpful. There is a lot of noise with the trucks going past every night so definitely would ask for a quieter room next time. We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak. 「Nous avons passé un super séjours à l’hôtel les Côtés! Le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre très chaleureuse. L’hôtel propose une navette pour accéder aux télécabines, un vrai gain de temps et d’énergie avec notre matériel de ski. Espace jeux, piscine, salle de sport, jacuzzi, sauna. Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances! On reviendra, merci !」

「L’établissement est bien situé et agréable, et ce n’est pas un mauvais lieu en soi. Cependant, il est important d’être transparent, il est affiché comme un hôtel alors qu’il fonctionne en réalité comme une résidence autonome. Si vous recherchez un véritable hôtel avec services et accueil, ce n’est pas l’endroit adapté. Tout est en self-service, avec des démarches d’état des lieux à l’arrivée et à la sortie, et une réception non ouverte en continu, ce qui limite l’assistance. Le ménage de fin de...

「Short walk to Avoriaz express gondola up to Avoriaz. Flew to Geneva and transferred to here. Stayed 4 night and skied 3 days. Loved the place. Ate there 2 nights and the food was delicious and the company of the other guests was delightful. Thank you to all the staff. 」
