「The hotel was conveniently placed and staff lovely. The rooms were tired and dirty. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Parking across the street was convenient 」

「標高1800M山の頂上のスキーリゾート施設｡ リゾートの入口にパーキングが隣接されていて、ホテルまでは徒歩、又は有料シャトルで向かう｡ インフォメーションで手配、自分は9ユーロ請求されました｡ ホテルの前までは乗り入れ禁止だが車をパーキングに停めて荷物カートもあり徒歩で5分くらい｡ パーキングは一泊6ユーロだった｡ ホテルは新しくは無いが、山小屋風の立派な8階建｡フルサイズのバスタブ、冷蔵庫、キッチン道具、バルコニーからの景色も申し分無し｡ 」

「We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

Une troisième nuit est venue complétée le séjour A moment du paiement, après accord sur la tarification, une nouvelle base a été validée... Depuis 3 mois nous attendons la régularisation de notre cas SANS SUCCES c'est tout simplement insupportable IL N'A AUCUN REGLEMENT A CE JOUR 」

「Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use.」

「設備は古く、メインの部屋のヒーターは壊れていた。私達の泊まった部屋は受付のある棟とは別で不便だった。駐車場へのアクセスは良いが、逆にセンターエリアへのアクセスはやや難あり。トイレットペーパーは１つしか無く、5泊には不十分。」

「Short walk to Avoriaz express gondola up to Avoriaz. Flew to Geneva and transferred to here. Stayed 4 night and skied 3 days. Loved the place. Ate there 2 nights and the food was delicious and the company of the other guests was delightful. Thank you to all the staff. 」

「Good location, close to good bars restaurants and shops. About 10 mins walk to ski lifts, but on the main hop-on-off ski bus route. Rooms are small but comfortable, plenty of storage space, and bathroom a good size with bath and hot shower. Always find that rooms get hot and need to open balcony doors at night, so great there is no noise from the road and the sound of the nearby running stream is therapeutic. Amenities include hotel bar and ski boot room. There is an outdoor pool and sauna, but...

「 The room was very clean. It is also well stocked with cutlery and plates. The room is spacious and there was even a small dining table for four. It would be better if there is a facial tissue box for use. 」

「Room was lovely and reception staff very helpful. There is a lot of noise with the trucks going past every night so definitely would ask for a quieter room next time. We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak.
