The room was clean the staff were very nice and kind. Maybe I am used to US hotel services but it felt very customized and catered to us. You can see the Matterhorn from the room if you book the mountain view room. it's mostly the top of the mountain. You can actually see it better if you walk out towards the bus station.
The food was great. Really delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing too and you can get fresh squeezed orange juice and egg dishes made to order.
I highly recommend this hotel even though it's a 10-15 minute bus ride to get there. They have shuttle service from the train station on check in / check out days. On your way up to the hotel if you walk, you have a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
