「Great hot breakfast! Like new facility, fresh total remodel inside & out. 」

「This once beautiful hotel is in need of an overhaul & thankfully the reconstruction has begun. Meanwhile, the presentation is very average. Rooms were clean but had such a strong smell of cleaning products…like Pinesol. We had to open our window to breathe. Hesston needs a great restaurant, so hopefully the Renovation will happen.」

「The location was excellent. The beds were hard, there was deferred maintenance everywhere. 」

「The air conditioner was extremely loud. Sounded like the motor was going out. Staff did apologize and brought a fan to our room. Not much of a breakfast. Beds were every high. 」

「Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great...

「When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.」

「These folks treat you RIGHT!!! Pleasant Clean, located well with choices to dine! Whenever we travel to Newton, well well stay here. No doubt!! 」

「The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. 「This is a junk house. I cancelled and checked out immediately after seeing the room with torn curtains not hanging on the valance, non functional TV. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. I could go on.」
