「Rooms were clean, Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. 」

「I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay at Hampton Inn. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. 「We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service.」

Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. 」

「トランスポートサービス有りの説明がありましたが、実際にはタクシーを利用して支払いはホテルという形式でした。事前に連絡が必要なので、英語が苦手な方は要注意。 部屋は静かで清潔。コンセントやUSBが何口もあり、充電に困りませんでした。従業員の方は皆優しく、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。部屋の雰囲気は好みだと思いますが、写真の通り落ち着いた感じで、若干暗いかなと感じました。全体的には快適に過ごすことが出来満足です。隣にターゲットというスーパーがあります。」
