「My room was really clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely a solid option for business trips!」

「Our stay of TEN days, was perfect for our needs…as we were in town to visit family. The location was close to most every place we needed to go. The place was clean with hard wood & tile throughout. The bed was comfy, air conditioning was cool, the quiet neighborhood felt safe & the owner & caretaker were very responsive and helpful when needed. My favorite feature was the big, old fashioned front porch with the swing!!! It was the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening beverage…making...

「We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!」

「Nice place to stay outside the city.」

「Echt friendly service, totally worth it!」

「Stairs were steep and not for the faint of heart. Cobwebs everywhere. Kitchen did not have basics - e.g., baking sheet, salt, pepper, etc. Sheets frayed and all linens needed replaced.」

「Room was clean, but not painted completely. Shower needed work.Smelled musty. The online listing said it averaged 5 stars. I don’t see how.」

「N/A, we had a great time, thank you!」

「The stay was comfy and cozy and exactly, what was needed for our quick weekend stay. Its conveniently close to many things. Communication was good. Just lots of scuff marks and dents/scratches on walls and furniture that I took pics of before even dropping luggage off. Just to make sure it's not charged. But everything was provided, shower is lovely. Bed is comfy. It was good」

「Loved the place, was really close to the University. Plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. The host was very clear with communication.」

「Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy.」

「Everything was tidy and well kept. Very easy check in.」
