"Likainen huoneisto, varsinkon kph, jossa edellisen asukkaan jäljiltä vetämätön wc -pönttö oli ulostetta täynnä. Soitto asiakaspalveluun ja saimme uuden huoneen, mutta sekään ei ollut kovin puhdas,moppaamaton lattia jossa kengänjälkiä, likaisia sormenjälkiä keittiöntuoleissa, todella pinttynyt sohva sekä palovaroittimet puuttui asunnosta."

Majoituksesta puuttui pyyhe, ja kommunikointi asian tiimoilta oli hankalaa ja hidasta. Kun majoittumista oli jäljellä n. vuorokausi, saimme lopulta puuttuvat pyyhkeet."
