「I checked in and by the look of the place I should’ve ran.. when I got into the room. The AC wasn’t working. I called front desk and they said there was nothing they can do about it. They didn’t have any extra room. I called Expedia and they said they would help me with it. The manager said they would give me a refund. They just needed to hear from Expedia. manager denied refund. Just wanted One day refunded since it was booked for 2 nights so I can go elsewhere, which I did. There was no way...

「The room was clean and setup comfortably. I liked shower was a walk in. Nice breakfast variety.」

「No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. 」
