「Highly recommend this cute bed and breakfast!! The hosts made us feel like family. The home was super clean, very cozy, relaxing, and the breakfast was outstanding! We wish would could find more places like this on our travels. If we ever come thru Lubbock again, we will definitely go back! 」

「The hotel is kind of ok. It is not worth $175 a night. Maybe $80. The hotel did not smell clean, just musty. I asked for a quiet room, there were loud kiddos above me and beside me. On morning one, we went down for coffee because there was only enough for two cups in our room. The coffee was, at best, lukewarm, and almost empty. There were several staff members standing around and no one offered to make more and watched as we heated it in the microwave. I stated 4 people to our room, so...

「BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. 」

「The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. 」

「Friendly open environment that welcomes groups of people and their families. Nice breakfast buffet and evening snacks. Dated decore but in good working condition. 」
