I sent them a text message to pick me up at the airport, they forgot about it, I had to call them when I got there. 「Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. AC worked splendidly all 5 days. Pool was being filled the day we arrived. Nightlife music BOOMs @ pool. Pool clarity & color got murky green on day 3?!? Showers were comforting in July after the nozzle obstructions were removed. Fireworks on 4th were lacking...but oh yah it's Haiti bro. For missionaries its fine ....
