「This is the third time that I stayed in Allamanda. The hotel employees were very hospitable and nice as always. This time I was given a bigger signle room in the older building. The floor was always very clean and comfortable, while bed-side tables had a bit dusty. Personally I prefer more lightings in the room, as I work with a computer in the room. 「I found the atmosphere really relaxing, feeling soft breezes and hearing sounds of waves reaching the beaches. Hotel staff are nice. An only unfortunate incident was that the hotel hadn't reserved the room I asked for and tried to charge me for the difference at check out . For this, I had to negotiate and lost 30 minutes. 」

「The reservation staff os suck at their job i was just on the phone with a lady and she hang up on me without resolving my problem with the reservation you guys purposely canceled.」

「Good Clean and comfortable. Reception Stuffs are so kind. Food served at restaurant tastes very good. Breakfast soup tastes good. Bad It takes much time until food is served. and Bar stuffs are not serious for working. 」

「It’s a nice place and quiet to stay,staff was wonderful,it was great to have so many people looking after you,food was excellent,I really recommend it for anyone who travel to Haiti but there only one issue (AC ,your cooling system works only when there’s no power outage) other than that they have electricity for everything else. The services that they gave you are better than a 5 star hotel in the USA because 5⭐️ hotels don’t clean your rooms anymore in USA.」
