"Very affordable hotel with fantastic staff and brilliant location. Jimmy and Alex were so helpful and friendly, always up for a chat. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom, air con, laundry service and tasty breakfast. Right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter. We enjoyed our stay very much."

The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."
