"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."
"Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! "
"Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night."
