「Well, it don’t look like anything. The picture shows and when I got there, they put me in a room with a broke AC they didn’t work and then I had to go back and argue with the desk lady the check-in lady for like 30 minutes then she put me in another room and the toilet was broken in that one and they’re not even bolted to the floor. There was ants all over the place and not to mention there’s a nightclub right next to it that played loud music all night long so there’s no way to get any rest and...

「Building was good, rooms were great with all updated settings. Bathrooms were clean and everything was new. Parking in the front was limited and generally side and back parking lot were available. Breakfast was not good, hot plates were cold, space for breakfast was limited (food pick up area). Breakfast options were also limited. Except breakfast everything was good.」

「I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay.」

「I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room. I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm. However, they upgraded my room with no prompting from me or any additional fee. Love that. The upgrade was a King suite. The suite wasn’t fancy BUT it...

「Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed here because we needed 3 nights without breaking the bank. Breakfast was decent, it served it's purpose. I do not like the incidental hold policy at this location. My card was pending the $100 charge during the stay which was ok. There was a lot of signage regarding the practice of the hold being placed for several days.
