「Reception staff were pleasant, though noticeably lacking in basic local knowledge, such as the location of nearby bus stops. The room allocated did not match the full sea view room that had been paid for, and although £50 was deducted from the bill, this did not adequately compensate for the downgrade. 「We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was great although bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Food was lovely although as a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice. We had a great nights sleep and the staff were helpful and friendly.」

「Lovely room and welcome by the Bev and the staff at the hotel who showed us to our room. The only downside to it was it was at the top of a steep staircase with no lift but it was a lovely big room with everything you needed. There was also a useful fridge in the room but we couldn’t use it as it was locked and didn’t have the key.」
