「We had a kitchen!」

「The lake view is wonderful」

「Location, location, location, amazing our room was larger than we thought. They had some updates to it and the restaurant there is fabulous.」

「The hotel was old and smelly. It smelled of mildew and strongly scented air fresheners was overwhelming. The back door and our room door did not close properly impacting our sense of safety. The breakfast included powdered eggs, chicken nuggets and tator tots. The kicker was they had laminated notes everywhere letting you know that you could be charged extra for all kinds of different things. It was not worth the money.」

「Toilet not clean. Hot tub condition was scary with peeling paint. Arrived early and asked for a ground floor unit or handicapped accessible and was denied either. Carpet in room was not clean. Boiled/microwaved everything at breakfast? Cold coffee. 」

「Really great. Only issue was dirty sheets they had been slept in and had sand in them but they put a clean comforter over the top. We let the staff know and they have us a slight discounted refund and I just used my disposable sheets. The bright side they were very friendly, let us check in an hour early without charging us the fee, and very responsive. We have stayed here twice I'm last two years and it actually was a nicer room set up then the first time. We will stay again next time we come...

「It was a great pet friendly place. We could walk to the beach( just needs to apply bug repellent since you need to walk through woods. Pullout bed wasn’t comfortable but next they put additional mattress. They were so helpful.」

「Location was awesome. It’s a little dated but that just adds to the decor. The walk to beach and seeing the sand dollars was awesome! Staff was so nice and helpful.」

「The view from the room was amazing. But unfortunately, the noise from the next room was so loud that you could hear not only the TV but also the conversation. If you are sensitive to noise, I don't recommend this hotel.」

「Cute little spot by the beach! We were walking distance to food, shops, and the ocean. Will definitely be back.」

「The hotel was clearly attempting to renovate but it was done very poorly.」

「First off our room was clean very clean. Had to request new towels because my towels were stained. Check in online says 3 PM Found a note on the door that said check-in was 4 PM Came back at 4:50 PM and called the number on the door and they said check-in was 5 PM There are no amenities, no room cleaning unless requested, which we didn’t know. There’s a lot about this motel that we wish we knew before we came. But the room was perfectly clean. I wanna emphasize that. 」

「I was never informed after booking that the property turned into an Airbnb style as Al amenities hours changed to a restricted schedule. Have been staying here for years and was expecting the same experience as all other years Very disappointing since we book strictly for the pool and hot tub and to enjoy in the evening hours and as well as the adult hours.」
