「Almost everything was super-b. The only thing we can say to improve is the price-quality ratio for the restaurant/bar. Prices are extreem high compared to the quality of for example the food (diner) and the coffee at the bar. Quality is ‘ok’ but not in ratio with the prices. We did one dining on our arrival day and decided to spend our money for diners elsewhere. Champagne by the glass starts at € 18,- while you stay in the center of the Champagne region? 「Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended.. 」

Le gîte de la miellerie est spacieux et bien équipé, sa localisation idéale et bénéfice d’une vue sur les vignobles. Nous avons passé une beau séjour en famille et recommandons ce gite pour profiter de la beauté du village d’Hauvilliers.」
