"The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...

"We were disappointed with Housekeeping. The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. This can only be attributed to lack of effort by cleaner/supervisor Everything else was basic, but OK."

"These hotels cheap and extremely basic. They are closer to a hostel then a hotel. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no soap or shower gel, nothing. The sheets and towel were clean and, for one night, it's somewhere safe to sleep. Breakfast (which costs extra) is very basic too consisting of either cereal of bread/toast with some fruit juice available and a coffee machine. You get what you pay for - vey cheap so no frills."

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, in one of our rooms the shower was shockingly poor, the shower head could not be stabilised enough to allow a conventional shower to take place. That being said, we would stay here again."

"Cheap and clean so good for a bed for the night on a long drive but wouldn’t stop longer. "

"The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time socializing with them throughout the trip. They were warm and personable. We loved the hotel rabbit - Victor. Breakfast was good and cheap. The woman working the breakfast area was great. The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything. It was perfect. Elevator only went to fourth floor of five floors. Only 2 people could ride down or it wouldn't move. It was very small."
