"I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "

"空港直通のスカイバス乗り場に近くて便利。早朝着の便でホテルに朝早く着いたので、アーリーチェックインをお願いしたところ、スタッフさんに親切に対応して頂きました。部屋の掃除も15時までには済まして頂き、部屋でゆっくりしたい私にとっては有り難かったです。"

"2泊利用 近くにトラムの停留所があるので(フリーエリア)移動には便利。 市場もスーパーも近い。 サザンクロス駅にも歩けなくはない距離。 次にメルボルンに行くならまた利用したいと思えるホテルだった。 キッチンの換気扇の使い方が最初分からず焦ったが、換気扇はスイッチで電源入れるタイプではなく換気扇の面のバーの部分を引っ張るとスライドして換気扇とライトが付くものだった。 使い方の説明書などあったら良かった。 ベッドメイキングは毎日入るがタオルの交換はバスタオルと洗面所にあるハンドタオルのみだった。フェイスタオの交換はなかった。"

"The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel. However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
