「I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I called Expedia and the protocol should have been for the hotel to call me or Expedia to confirm the reservation. I think they ignored my reservation so that they could get travelers who were staying longer. I then had to drive 40 minutes back and forth to find a place to stay for the night.」

「Really nice and clean apartment. Our first time spending a couple weeks in Florida during the winter. The apartment was very nice and clean. I had a little trouble finding our apartment, since we arrived after dark on a Saturday night. I hesitated calling Nilsa, since it was late Saturday evening and her day off, but glad I did. She was super nice, asked me exactly where I was, and directed me right to my apartment. She then stayed on the phone long enough to get me inside. Nice...
