Did not honor my reservation through Expedia

I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I called Expedia and the protocol should have been for the hotel to call me or Expedia to confirm the reservation. I think they ignored my reservation so that they could get travelers who were staying longer. I then had to drive 40 minutes back and forth to find a place to stay for the night.

Great River View

We had a pleasant stay! Accommodations were spacious and we had a great view of the river. A very casual atmosphere that we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location to downtown LaBelle.

Great Room Great Area

We moved from our boat to the motel. We had so many things to sort through. We were in a nice big room with enough space to sort our items out. We were very happy with the room and the area. Restaurants are plentiful. Thank you.

Relaxation

Perfect spot for a relaxed get away! This place has the most perfect view!! Sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. Joe was very nice and helpful. We loved it and will be BACK!
