「When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn't find my name on the computer. The reservation was properly made but they couldn't find it due to their mistake (name and surname were written backwards). Then she called the manager and required me pay again. They realized the mistake but it took 40 minutes to check in. She never apologized and continued to behave arrogantly. Even though I had paid in advance for late check-out, Front Staff (male) was told to "not yet pay!". Great breakfast, nice...

「I got to the property and nobody is there I waited for someone to open it for me and there is no one at the location there its does not look like rental 」
