「I was not able to stay at this hotel even though I booked and paid. The hotel management said that it did not have any relationship with Expedia.」

「I booked and paid online with Expedia which of recent has become my favorite. Little did I know Expedia was no longer working with Lagoon Beach Hotel. I got there and I was told this. I had to pay again to have a place to stay. I will therefore request that Expedia to refund the money I paid online. Otherwise it will be considered as a deliberate scam on the part of Expedia. I cannot understand why Expedia suspended their work with Lagoon Beach Hotel and still keep the hotel on their website....
