"The hotel is a little bit outside of Klikor. At first our driver had some diiifculties of finding the hotel. Bute once we arrived it was a big surprise how big the hotel was. The service staff was really nice and polite. They showed us the rooms that were supposed to be ours but also asked if we were ok with the rooms. Two of the rooms didn‘t have a fridge. And we were offered to move fridges from the first floor to our rooms in the second floor. We didn‘t need those but again it shows how...

"The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and the food tasty. The pool was out of order and the water pressure quite low, but the setting was beautiful with excellent opportunities for birdwatching. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

I didn't like the poor service and missing items that were not as advertised. No pool No wifi No toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some. The manager was non- existence during our stay.
