「Our room was clean and tidy if a little bit quirky. Steps up to bathroom/deep bath, making access to shower difficult. Steps up and down to room on corridor. Didn’t see that when booking? Access to room denied until dead on 3 pm. We had been up from 3.30 am for the early flight from Manchester. We were able to drop off our luggage but even at 2.50 pm denied access - very pedantic receptionist who said our room wasn’t ready, then at the strike of 3.00 said it was. 「部屋の広さも十分で、アトリウムに面したテラスが非常に良い。 また隣接してレストランがあり、遅い到着で食事の心配があったが、リーズナブルに食事をすることができた スタッフも非常に気さくで良かった。」

「ホテルの方は大変いい方ばかりです。設備面はエレベータがないことと、トイレやシャワーが室内にないのは不便です。特に鍵を持ってトイレに行くのは清潔感はあるのですが、煩わしいです。あと食事時間、日曜の夜は終了時間が早すぎます。 シャワーの操作盤が高いところにありすぎます。もっと位置を変えないと操作が大変です。室内の棚やシャワー室のタオル掛けなどきちんと止まっていないために物がずり落ちたりします。」

「We had a two night stay at the Welbeck Hotel. Whilst the decor in the room appeared dated, it was very clean and bathrooms appeared to have been recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.」

「I had a lovely view of Douglas’ beach and sea front. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast was excellent. The host was very helpful and charming. The property has four floors but the lift is out of action. I have stayed twice now and not been disappointed.」

「仕事で利用しました 火災で焼失し、数か月前にリニューアルオープンしたとのこと。まだ設備も新しく、SPA等設備も来年にはオープンされるとのことです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、請求書も当方リクエスト通りのものを後日メールで着実に送付していただけました。 空港からも近く、休暇で行くには良い場所かもしれません」

「Room was very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was a continental. The beach view was really nice. The rooms are serviced every other day so ensure you take shower gel with you as the bottle provided is enough for 1 wash only. I would stay here again. Thanks.」

「Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was odd to get to going up the stairs then down the stairs. No A/C so windows open… except open to a bar right outside which was loud until 3am. Yikes. Wonderful location next to the promenade and shops. Good food options around too. TV was small. Bar area had broken drafts for the beer. Breakfast was so/so but they would make you eggs however you’d like fresh, so that was nice.」

「Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others」
