「Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. 「It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. 」

「Everything was great except for the fact that parking was very difficult. The hotel is located on a very very steep hill and driving up the driveway is very challenging since it is made of very old stone and is messed up everywhere. I asked Alex at the reception about it and he stated they are not allowed to fix the road because of its archaeological significance.」
