Very bad place to stay

Unfortunately was the worst decision and choice I have ever had in my entire life.. I have left the apartment next day me and my family went down stairs from 34 floors after waiting more than 40 minutes the elevator also the night we arrived we wait almost one hour to go up to the apartment waiting elevator which is only three are working
