「We could not get into our room at check in time after traveling all day. There were no towels at the pool, staff giving out refreshments were rude, no body wash in the shower, & they wanted you to pay to watch fireworks from the grounds!!! Drinks were also extremely overpriced! A short Tito‘s press they charged $20! Kids very young were in the hot tub without supervision.」

「The property grounds were beautiful and clean. However, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to the point that neither of the s could sleep well and have extreme discomfort. We also tried the grill which took over 45 minutes to get our food. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Also, the directions from Expedia took us to the wrong place-not the facility’s fault! Luckily, they had sent the correct address! It just went to spam.」

「My experience at the Thunderbird in was beyond frustrating from every standpoint. I booked a stay from Monday 7/6/26 - Friday 7/10/26. When i am checked into my first room Monday Night, the room i am given does not have a shower curtain. I tell the staff, and just ask if I can be moved to a different room upstairs with a shower curtain. They agree and when i check into my room upstairs, there are 2 spiders on the bed. At this point I ask if I can cancel the next few days and check out the next...

「From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.」

「The location of Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort is truly beautiful, with a stunning lakeside setting that has tremendous potential.
