「The location of the hotel is the best. The service of taking us to the departure place was really helpful by a hotel porter. If the service didn’t give us, we could not reach the place easily.」

In addition, the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service which came in handy. I definitely recommend this hotel and I give them 5 stars !」

「アーリーチェックインについて事前にチャットでのやり取りでは、11-14時は半額、11時前は全額必要と言われて、さらには滞在当日は空き部屋がなくて断念したのですが、到着してフロントで空き部屋を探してくれ、さらには8時からついたのに朝食不要なら半額で良いと言われてお願いしました。 私のわかりにくい日本人英語にも辛抱強く相手にしてくれました。」

「First day - very nice! Nice breakfast including salmon, nuts, multigrain breads etc, I love it. Kindly staff delivered microwave to my room. Bad point is Waiting room at the air port was closed. Second day - good. Breakfast became lower quality compared with first day. Reception staff did not listen to me well and ask the same question many times to me. 」

「My husband and I like the convenience of not having to go outside to shop in the mall just taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also free breakfast was an added bonus. The front office workers, kitchen & dinner room staff were outstanding. Shout out to Penny-thank you 」
