Very comfortable and the hotel has been kept up really nicely. I came here after 2 days at a horrible hotel. Very glad I switched. The bar is super nice as well as the restaurant. The pool was relaxing.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Lovely pool area and excellent bartenders at Lacuna. Be aware that the set up of rooms gives you no washroom, shower or toilet privacy. Glass enclosure directly in front of the bed! Also, staff seem to treat customers who dress down condescendingly. Coming from breakfast a young lady attempted to embarass us for taking a few health shots from the bar to our room. These are free health ginger shots. Worth about R17 versus over $200/night to stay here. Please train your staff to understand that even business travellers have relaxed days. Image bias is disgusting in this day and age.
