「We never received check-in instructions or any response from the host. We hope she is ok. We went there and it looked like a cute place, but we couldn't get in, so we had to make last minute plans, and our weekend wasn't what we'd envisioned. But we rolled with it and VRBO refunded what I'd paid so it was still a nice trip.」

「The only terrible part of my stay was the condition of the road coming in the lot. The pot holes are terrible, and dangerous to a car trying to go over them. I had to zig zag through trying to miss them along with the speed bumps 」

「This is a gem of an inn. The sound of the water pouring over the dam and the birds chirping will lull you to sleep each night. The room as basic and comfortable, there’s onsite laundry and a great kitchen. I highly recommend the Washington Inn as a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty of Grayson County! 」

「To start its a storage building not a tiny cabin. It looks like host or someone is staying there while they are working on house next door. So close you can see in windows. He was working that day, so no peace and quiet. Air didnt cool. Stayed 5 hours and went home. Worst birthday gift ever. Dont waste your time or money.」
