「Very happy I came here. We left the comfort inn down in Richmond because the rooms were not what was advertised. They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. 「Briar Patch has been our annual Middleburg stay and it never disappoints.」

「The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said...

「Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. The blankets and bedsheets did not...

「What a great stay. The rooms were great. We had some issues with our vehicle and our hosts were so helpful finding what we needed to get back on the road. We were so thankful they were there. Highly recommend this cosy spot. 」
