「The wifi wasn't great.」

「1728 stone inn. Beautifully maintained. Excellent food and local wine menu. Very informed and courteous staff. Our second overnight stay and our fourth visit. Always memorable!」

「The room was not clean. I found an old bottle cap and old wrapper. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure. The TV didn’t turn off in our room. The door also didn’t lock well. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not bad at all.」

「I can think of nothing to dislike about this extraordinary property. Beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens offering beautiful vistas and pathways. The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. Enjoyed sitting at the bar with a nice glass of wine and chatting with the knowledgeable, nice, young bartender. Staff is friendly and helpful all leading the visitor to a special experience.」

「It was a beautiful place to stay! My son and I did a quick trip to visit Middleburg and attend the VA hound show. We had to leave early the next morning, and they were wonderful about everything! We are planning to come back and stay longer next time! We loved it there!」

「We were double charged for our room initially, which they finally refunded. However, the room we stayed in cost quite a bit for it to have bugs flying around in it, dirty curtains and light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling.」

「Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. The blankets and bedsheets did not...
