"Clean, tidy and comfortable"

"Found the property to be clean and easy to find. Beds were comfy and towels soft. Property manager replied to all my questions within a reasonable timeframe. The street & area was very busy which made it difficult to reverse and park a trailer. The only negative were the different groups staying in the rear house kept leaving the gate open."

Called owner for help - 3.5 hours later waiting outside, they charged me for their time to gain access. RUDE. Young renters on same property drinking and music all night long. "The unit was clean, but the photos online definitely need updating: The kitchen draws were all sitting on top of each other rather than in the tracking it is supposed to go in so that one can pull it in and out. There was 1 fork for the three of us to use, not much cutlery. Check in was delayed, however, at 10:30 as we were packing up to leave, the cleaner was in the unit, standing there waiting for us to leave.
