「Room was not clean at check-in. Someone had been on the bed & it was a mess. Dirty sheets in a laundry basket sitting on the counter. Floor was soaked. Looked like some dried weeds or something on rhe counter as well as a cigarette lighter. Door to room was not even closed when we arrived. No one was at the front desk to move us to another room. Called & the clerk had to go back to the office to see if another room was available. She moved us to a room below the first room. It was a loud night....

「Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!」

「As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel.」

「The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful...

「Having stayed in several different hotels fir the past few weeks, I must say this place was comfortable & clean!! The bathroom was clean, nice fluffy towels.. the bed had several pillows. The complimentary breakfast was filling, and the attendant kept the area in good standing. For an inexpensive stay, I would definitely recommend this place.」
