エッジコーム郡 ホテル

「This location was one of my favorites. During my 4th visit, I was a little disappointed. In my assigned room, the bed frame was broken, the refrigerator did not work, the mattress cover was stained, and the phone was not working and covered in dust. However, maintenance responded and immediately addressed my concerns so that I didn't have to move. The staff is very pleasant, helpful, caring and the location is safe.」

「We ended up staying here on a whim. Checked in late, we were exhausted. The gentleman who checked us in was an absolute Angel. Gave us waters and little bags for the kids to help settle in after a long card ride. So grateful!」

「All the above. 1st how I was greeted and welcomed by front staff gentleman. 2nd I met the nicest young lady at breakfast, she actually was an older women who use to work where I currently work at the hospital. 3rd the room was spotless, 4th the young lady who checked me out was friendly and courteous to say the least. I will be returning soon with ny wife.」

「The rooms were clean, staff incredibly helpful and nice.」

「Air conditioner worked」

「good place to stay」

「安価なホテルとしてはかなりいい。」

「The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell. The keys to the room kept deactivating. The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet. My experience was horrible」
