Great place to stay for son’s college graduation!

My family and I went for my sons’s college graduation @ ECU. Thank you for having an area with a photo backdrop for the graduates. I reserved two king rooms and requested a rollaway bed which was waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Snacks by the lounge were a little pricey. We did enjoy family time by the fire pits in the courtyard as well as the onsite restaurant and bar.

The Hilton is definitely our favorite place to stay in Greenville when we visit our son, but it really needs some TLC. When we checked in, we had two towels, one of which looked like a cleaning rag from housekeeping. They quickly replaced them. But when you pay nearly $500 for a night and a hotel, you just don’t expect to encounter that. The outdoor patio space is wonderful though! And the restaurant is really good.

Hilton Hotel good - restaurant breakfast horrible

the hotel was nice and staff friendly - friday nite dinner in hotel restaurant was very good and good service -- however the restaurant is not owned by hilton and the breakfast service was HORRIBLE - 9am buffet was empty supposed to go til 10am - we asked but they never refilled it - my menu order took 30 minutes = coffee was mud - server never came by for water coffee anything - definitely DO NOT eat breakfast there... and the food we did get was just warm - sad. WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING AND TIRED THEY SHOULD GET GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT... so either get another company to do it or do it yourself... bad food reflects poorly on your brand... just saying we don't own it does not erase the bad taste.

Avoid Breakfast Buffet.

Great staff,good venue. Breakfast Buffet an empty disaster.N9 food, silverware or coffee. Not refiilled at 8:15 a.m No full sized closet in room. Just 1 bar hanging 36" above floor. Terrible design flaw! However, very clean and staff was friendly.
