"You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated. "

"This was my second stay at this beautiful property, conveniently located at the quito airport. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable with excellent showers. WiFi is strong throughout the hotel to support WiFi calling and video calls (from room). Breakfast is delicious with standard options and local dishes. "

"We had a short turn around as we passed through Quito from the Galapagos to return home. we arranged the VIP Airport transfers and were very pleased. signed pickup at the airpot and a quick 5 min transfer to the hotel. the welcome was wonderful with pleasant and very helpful reception. the room was clean and very quiet (as we went to bed at 6:30 PM and awoke at 1:00 AM to depart for our flight. We had an early supper and drinks at the hotel bar which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Only thing is we missed the breakfast due to our "Early" departure! the VIP transfer was extremely helpful at 01:30 AM easily whisking us back to the airport. We would readily stay at this property for future travel through Quito!"
