「Because of the time of the year (end of October) most restaurants & bars were closed - even on a Friday evening. Didn’t see any of the staff, but my room was ready. The town (including castle) and area is great this time of year. Think “Indian Summer” in the Eifel mountains. Recommend it at this time of year.」

Preis- Leistung stimmt. Bin häufiger im Jahr dort, daher klare Empfehlung!」

「The bar would have been useful opening until 10pm so that guests could enjoy a drink or refreshment at the hotel. Tea and coffee making facility in the rooms would have been welcomed.」

「Staff very friendly and accommodating. We knew AC was not an option. Would have been amazing, since it’s summer.」

「Hotel qui semble a moitié désaffecté. Ambiance bizarre mais lieu très calme.」

「Very close to a Netto Supermarket right next door. Room was spacious with large beds. Our family of four was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door, part of the property, was accommodating even though we did not make reservations in advance. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?」
